No parties or disturbances of the night-time quiet are allowed, under penalty of a 3000 PLN fine. Unregistered guests must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments under penalty of a 1000 PLN fine. (The apartments are equipped with nicotine smoke detectors).

Damage and vandalism will be reported to the police, and compensation will be sought through legal proceedings.

Jacuzzi tubs (for an additional fee) must be used according to their intended purpose. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Users must read and agree to the Jacuzzi usage regulations. Renting the Jacuzzi signifies acceptance of these terms. The garden Jacuzzi tubs can be rented from 15th June to 15th September.

The aparthotel is monitored.

Check-in begins at 4pm and ends at 12pm the following day, early check-in requests will be considered on the day of arrival. Due to frequent requests to check in hours before the start of the day and the need for the company to clean the flat, early check-in and late check-out may be permitted for a fee of 30zl/h. After prior telephone consultation to determine if this possibility exists in the flat on the day of arrival and departure. This information will be given on the day before check-in and check-out.

Any damage caused by the tenant must be reported immediately and settled in cash at the property or by bank transfer on the day of check-out after the market price of the damaged item has been agreed. On the basis of a purchase invoice or an offer from an online shop.

The resort tax must be paid at the aparthotel at the time of check-in; its amount is listed on the website of the Mielno Town Hall.

The washing machine is available in the utility room and can be consulted by the staff as we comply with the standards for ecological facilities, as one wash can weigh up to 20 kg, but no less than 10 kg.

The car park is an unguarded car park, we are not responsible for loss, damage to vehicles or property left in them.

Guests on the premises are asked to observe the rules of safe and cultural recreation.

Use of the gas barbecue located in the garden requires an appointment and acceptance of the regulations.
